What I actually see on the subway:

- Trendy Seongsu/Hannam crowd: this is where the Instagram aesthetic lives. Oversized blazer + wide pants + Salomon = uniform.
- Older women: hiking gear. Any day of the week. Not to hike. This is the look.
What's actually trending in 2026 (from what I see):
- Balletcore is over. Loafers are having a huge moment instead.

- Everything is layered. Even in July. Somehow.
